The room was very nice and overall clean, the staff treated us very well too. The food was also in addition to the amenities. It gave a a very good first impression and we look forward to staying at Homewood Suites again but lastly for a small group I highly recommend the two bedroom suites because it has two bathrooms, a king size bedroom off to itself, the two queen beds are in the other bedroom with the living room separated from the kitchen and the sofa has a cool hideaway bed in it. It' sleeps eight comfortably and there's plenty towels for everyone. Enjoy, I did!

★★☆☆☆ I stayed at the Homewood Suites by Hilton for two nights, and unfortunately the experience fell well below expectations. Upon arrival, the air conditioning in our room was not working. Before we could even unpack, maintenance had to be called to address the issue, which was an inconvenient way to start the stay. More concerning, however, was the lack of hot water. On both mornings, the hot water was not functioning, resulting in cold showers for everyone in our party. This is a basic amenity that should be reliable, especially at a Hilton-branded property. While the staff did respond to the maintenance issues, the repeated failures with essential room comforts made the stay uncomfortable and disappointing. For the price and brand standard, I expected much better.

The room and staff were very nice. I have 2 issues. The bed was too hard. Hotel companies spend too much on "amenities" and skimp on the most important item in the room. The other problem is an unexpected $25 charge on my credit card. At check-in, I was told, "the charge was in case I used something. The charge would be refunded at checkout." Then at checkout, I was told, "Expedia would have to refund my $25." I didn't use anything and I didn't stay at "Expedia Inn!" I stayed at Homewood Suites by Hilton Shreveport/Bossier City, LA. I was disappointed and I will not return.
