Imagine staying in a private resort styled 6000 square foot vacation estate that has the combination feel of a Rocky Mountain lodge and a Pacific Coast beach house all in one.



There is nothing like experiencing a sunrise to sunset in a six bedroom six bathroom estate lodge with a spectacular infinity edge pool and hot tube while overlooking the Saanich Inlet on the southern tip of Vancouver Island.

The property is located in a park-like setting with beautiful gardens throughout, amazing outdoor patio spaces for both larger gatherings or a quiet escape if you wish to be alone, and awe-inspiring views of the ocean.



The Oceanside Lodge On Saanich Inlet was built for family enjoyment or quiet ocean side retreats comfortably for up to 12 people. Look no further and book one of the most unique properties in the Greater Victoria area.



Some of the key features of the lodge is a spacious formal living room space and dining area which centerpiece is a grand piano for those that can tickle the ivories. A fully equipped and modern kitchen for the chef in the family, or better yet, hire an in house chef to cook for you. Two dens, one on each floor, to relax or watch movies. Family fun time in the recreation room with pool table, TV viewing space, and seating.



The main feature for the house is the outdoor infinity edge pool with hot tub that flows over the edge towards the ocean. Looks absolutely fabulous.



Outdoor patio spaces on two levels both undercover throughout the grounds and house and around the pool areas. Outdoor BBQ for grill masters.



The lodge has two bedrooms on the main floor which includes the master bedroom with queen bed and ensuite and a second queen bedroom and full bathroom. Four bedrooms on the lower level that includes three of the bedrooms with their own ensuite bathrooms and a fourth garden suite bedroom and full bathroom as well.



The lodge is located on the Saanich Peninsula which is part of the Greater Victoria. Easily accessed by multiple transportation points by ferry or by air. 30 minutes drive into downtown Victoria, 10 minutes drive into the town of Sidney.



Experience Victoria attractions like Butchart Gardens, wineries, outdoor farmers markets, wonder restaurants, and shops all within a few minutes drive from the lodge.

SPECTACULAR!!!

This place will exceed all your expectations. One of the best houses I have ever stayed in. Views for days and the coziest setting for a large group. Can’t wait to go back. The pool and hot tub were amazing as well.

The grounds, the size of the house, the pool and the view are fabulous. The decor and furniture are very dated. The driveway is a bit tricky because there's 2 cars parked in the carport. The address is almost impossible to see, much too small.

Beautiful, just beautiful!

10 friends came together to celebrate our lives & friendship and could not have found a better place! The ocean views were magnificent, the property green, well maintained, offering so many gathering spots & quiet reflective spots. The house was well stocked and truly enjoyed by us all! I would say the 4 bed room downstairs was actually 3 fold up cots & a daybed. We managed with it, but just a note for future guests!

Breathtakingly beautiful!

Our family of 8 stayed here for a week in October and were very happy with the property. The pros: The view, the pool and outdoor area, gardens, game room, common area space and kitchen were fantastic. The pool and hot tub were heated, the beach was accessible and so fun to explore, not to mention the woodwork and the house was all very beautiful. We saw otters, dolphins, jellyfish, and eagles from the house. The only cons were minor (the keys/locks on the house weren't easy to secure, parking was challenging as the driveway is long/narrow and down a hill which we had to back out of or into, and the home could do with fewer dusty fake flowers/plants). However, these things wouldn't prevent us from returning or recommending it to others. We had such an amazing time!

A Fantastic property that checks almost all boxes ......... The boxes it "Doesn't check are; 1) the parking of 2 of the owner's vehicles is a real nuisance, there were not enough parking stalls for all of our vehicles, I would not expect this for the money we paid! 2) The bed closest to the outside wall in the 1st downstairs bedroom on the left (has 2 beds in room) is absolutely WORN OUT, My adult son was forced to come upstairs and sleep om the couch to get any kind of sleep at all, definately not acceptable for the money we paid. 3) No King bed in Master bedroom

A Family gathering for a Graduation

We had such a wonderful time .. the pool and billiards were a big hit with the young ones. There was so much space that the 14 of us could enjoy privacy and quiet time. The neighborhood offered great walking trails and evenings around the fire pit chatting and reminiscing. The kitchen and dining facilities top notch also outdoor bbq area. My young grandson spent time as a budding pianist enjoying the grand piano. The views of course magnificent!

Enjoyed the location and the attached facilities.

Enjoyed our visit especially as the home offered us an opportunity to have the entire family together under one roof. The home was well equipped and the recreational opportunities added to our stay. There were a few short comings such as the microwave, toilet off the main bedroom and issues associated with the resident otter but the property manager did his/her best to rectify them.

Beautiful location. Clean. Very cold during our sleep. The fridge constantly went on even when the doors were closed. Well stocked kitchen with spices and coffee filters etc.. Spa pool never did heat past 98 degrees but was still enjoyed.

Ideal for a family gathering

The backyard setting and views of the water and wildlife (bald eagles nesting nearby & seals) are truly spectacular. There is a lot of comfortable outdoor seating, which was great, because this is where we spent the majority of our time. My daughter loved taking the stairs down to the beach to collect shells. The water here is quite calm. We also enjoyed all being able to eat dinners at the large dining room table. The kitchen is updated and well stocked with the equipment you need to cook your own meals. We had a couple issues with the pool temperature and the BBQ, but this was due to us being the first guests of the summer season. The management company and owner were great about addressing the issues immediately.

Getting to the beach was super easy, just a short walk and we got to take the kayaks out on the calm waters. The house had everything you could need including a den/game room with pool. Most rooms also have their own bathroom. Property management team was available to let us in and give us a tour of the place and even left a basket of goodies. We loved it all.
