Cozy Condo
Publié le 1 avr. 2023 sur HomeAwayThis was a great location to ski three different mountains during our stay. Condo was clean and owner was very responsive when answering any questions we had.
We loved the fireplace during the evenings.
We could hear our upstairs neighbors when they walked around and when their alarm clock went off in the early am.

Fun weekend getaway
Publié le 5 mars 2023 sur HomeAwayWe had a great mountain getaway. Loved the location with several ski resorts nearby. The condo had everything we needed except a dining table and chairs. We used the clubhouse pool and hot tubs several times too. Good value!

Publié le 3 mars 2023 sur HomeAwayNice place. Cozy fireplace. Property has a boardwalk system that connects the buildings and the clubhouse/pool was a short walk. The only thing to note is that there is no dining room table. Just a small island with 2 bar stools. This was fine for us…our kids sat on the bar stools and we stood on the other side.

Excellent place to stay
Publié le 1 févr. 2023 sur HomeAwayPlace was perfect for our group. Close to Keystone ski resort and Vail. Communication with property manager was excellent. From day one Paul was quick to respond to any questions we had. The only problem we had was parking. The place only offers a single parking space. A second car is subject to being towed or receiving a parking ticket. I communicated this issue to Paul and he went above and beyond to help us.
A short way to describe this place is, a great place to stay while you're away from home on vacation

6 night ski vacation
Publié le 20 janv. 2023 sur HomeAwayThe home is very cozy and is adequate for 4 people max six people if 2 are kids. The living room is nice and the cable TV has many channels. Wi-Fi comes and goes as there’s no Wi-Fi in the unit you’re using the condos generic Wi-Fi system. There is no dining table only two chairs on an island. We mostly just ate on the couch. There is one bathroom with a nice shower and one of the bedrooms has a sink in it with a mirror, but no bathroom or shower. There are nice views from the window and the pool and Jacuzzi’s were always available even on a holiday weekend we were always able to find a spot in the hot tubs. The only negative experience was trying to get a parking pass. All the flyers around the building. Tell you to call the phone number and let them know you’ll be parking but they tell you you must go onto a website and add your car and fill out the information for a parking permit. This process took about 30 minutes of my time before I finally figured out how to get the parking permit. They are serious about parking as I saw a family with a wheel lock clamp boot on their tire as they must not have completed the parking permit process . The overall experience was good and I would rent this unit again as it’s very reasonably priced.

This was a nice property but, it needs a little TLC. The furniture was outdated but, otherwise it was comfortable and the owner Paul was amazing! He responds immediately to our concerns and made sure we were please with everything. We arrived a few hours earlier then the 4pm check in and he let us check in early. It’s close to the outlet and other shopping and skiing. We will stay here again.
