Brand new construction, built in Spring 2023, this 2-bedroom, 2.5 bathroom condo features high-end finishes and a prime location right in the heart of downtown Silverthorne. This vacation rental comfortably accommodates 6 guests with a king-sized bed, a queen-over-queen bunk bed and a sleeper sofa. It features hardwood radiant heat flooring, a private balcony with gorgeous views of Buffalo Mountain, private in-unit washer and dryer, and modern finishes throughout. The Fourth Street Crossing complex offers guests quick access to all of the shops, restaurants and conveniences of Silverthorne while also being close to everything else Summit County has to offer including Keystone, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Loveland, A Basin, and golf courses like Keystone River, Keystone Ranch, Breckenridge, Raven Golf Club and more.
The entryway has hooks and benches for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The spacious living area features a gas fireplace, mounted flat screen TV, and huge windows allowing for great light and beautiful alpine views. The cozy furniture offers plenty of seating and the open floor plan is great for gathering.
The full-sized kitchen is equipped with quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances. It is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home. The breakfast bar comfortably seats four. There is a private balcony just off the living room which offers beautiful views of Buffalo mountain. There is a half bathroom on the main floor for guests convenience off of the kitchen.
All of the bedrooms are located on the third floor. The primary suite features a king-sized bed. The en suite bathroom has quartz countertops with walk-in shower and a bench. The guest bedroom features a queen-over-queen bunk bed with large remote windows. The private washer and dryer is also located on the third floor. This floor offers another guest bathroom with a shower/tub combination. For your convenience, bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.
On the 4th floor of this townhome you will find your very own roof top balcony with a private hot tub.
There is also a one-car private garage for guests to use where you will be greeted with a mudroom/entryway that features wall mounted ski storage, coat hooks, Â as well as a gear storage area for all of the guests. Â This space offers padded benches to comfortably get in and out of your ski gear, and also features a boot dryer. Additional overnight covered parking can be utilized with the owners parking pass 1/2 block to the North in the parking garage.
PLEASE NOTE: For your safety and security, this property has cameras at the front door and above the hot tub area. The rooftop camera covers only a small portion of the left corner of the hot tub and is used strictly to monitor potential access from neighboring units and ensure the hot tub cover is used properly. These cameras are for guest safety and property maintenance onlyânot for surveillance.

The property was nice and clean, and it worked great for us. However, the smoke detector alarm went off every time we tried to cook, with no smoke present. Additionally, we were told we would have two parking spots, and only had 1, which was quite problematic at as a couple of guys had to find overnight street parking away from the property. Contacting the property manager, we were told the garage would fit two vehicles, and it most definitely did not (see pic below). Overall good stay, just a couple of minor issues.
The place was great with two exceptions.There is not a garage opener or keypad number given so you have to drop someone off in front of the building to go in and open the garage door while you drive around the block to park. And it is hot upstairs in the summer with no AC. Even with windows open and multiple fans on it was hard to get comfortable enough to sleep.
We had a excellent experience with our 6 people group at this property. We loved the kitchen, very convenient for us because we didnât eat out and made all our meals there. Garage space was amazing if you came with a lot of skiing and winter clothes. Place was clean, customer service was great and flexible. . We had a very short but most enjoyable vacation .
Great new condo! Kitchen had all the dishes and pots/pans to avoid going out to dinner. Memory foam bed in the master was comfortable. Loved the garage and benches to get out of your ski gear. Boot/glove drier was an added bonus. Jacuzzi was used daily. Having the ChargePoint (EV) station in the parking garage next door was an added bonus. The location adjacent to the bluebird market for empanadas and crepes or ice cream was a nice addition.
We enjoyed staying here. The townhouse is very clean. The kitchen is well equipped. The garage and gear space are perfect for keeping our snow gear. The location is great. Bluebird is next door with lots of food choices. The only drawback is there are a lot of stairs. We definitely got our steps in. We stay here again.
