Located in the heart of downtown Silverthorne, Skywalk Flats Mountainview Condo puts you steps away from Bluebird Market, The Silverthorne Pavilion, and a variety of dining and shopping options. Whether you're here to ski, hike, bike, or simply take in the beauty of the mountains, this location has it all. After a day of outdoor exploration, unwind on the rooftop deck, where you’ll find two shared hot tubs and a cozy gas firepit—the perfect spot to relax under the Colorado sky. And if you're in town for a wedding or event at The Silverthorne Pavilion, it’s just a short stroll away.

This premium 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom retreat comfortably accommodates up to six guests. The living area is designed for comfort, featuring large windows framing breathtaking mountain views, a floor-to-ceiling rock gas fireplace, and a large flat-screen Smart TV. The well-appointed kitchen boasts spacious marble countertops, stainless-steel appliances, and all the essentials to prepare meals with ease. With seating for four at the dining table and four at the counter, there’s plenty of space to gather and enjoy a home-cooked meal or takeout from one of the many nearby restaurants.

Silverthorne is a hub for outdoor recreation and mountain-town charm. The Blue River Walkway offers a scenic paved path for walking, biking, and fishing, while Rainbow Park provides basketball courts, soccer fields, and playgrounds for all ages. The Silverthorne Recreation Center features pools, waterslides, and a full gym, making it a great spot for families. As with all Summit Mountain Rentals properties, this condo is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival and stocked with hotel-quality toiletries and linens. Our team is available 24/7 to ensure you have everything you need for a seamless stay.

- A $500 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at check in (for stays less than 30 days).

Concert weekend

Had a great time in silverthorn. Condo is very comfortable and spotless. Loved the garage, was traveling with kayaks and alot of gear on roof racks. Didn't have to take anything off to park. At least 10ft high garage maybe 12ft. Able to walk to shops and resteraunts, longer walk to lake but doable if thats your thing. Was mine.

Perfect location for us!

We love the choice and proximity of the ski destinations nearby. This location makes it easy to get to and from all the local I70 resorts! We love it and look forward to being back soon!

Nice big kitchen , wellStocked with kitchenware, nice sized bedrooms. Could have used a broom and WiFi went out on master bedroom TV and could not get the code to reconnect.Easy to text rental service but never fixed TV.

Amazing location, accommodations, and communication

As a former Silverthorne resident, it has been hard to find a rental that feels like "home" and actually provides everything you want and need while in town. This condo has it all, and we've already rebooked for next month. Highlights included the fully stocked kitchen with everything you need, plus all the extras you hadn't even thought of! Every side table and nightstand had USB chargers for phones, so we didnt have to move furniture or hunt for outlets to charge our phones. It was so nice to see the humidifiers in each of the bedrooms- sometimes a real need in the mountains! The windows overlooking town and the mountains, the balcony, and the fireplace-- can't be beat!! We had a question about the garage and other tenants' parking when we arrived, and we received an immediate response and the issue was resolved very quickly! Communication was 5 star! The unexpected welcome gift on the counter when we arrived, after a long day of travel, was icing on the cake! We can't wait to go back next month. This condo has it all, plus so much more!

Great stay

We weren’t able to stay in this specific unit due to a gas leak. The property management company upgraded us to a larger nicer unit close by. This specific unit is in a great location with many walkable restaurants and right next door to the Hotel Indigo (where we attended a wedding). The property management company was very responsive and helpful. We had a great stay.

Great location and host!

This location was a great stay for our family of 5. Clean, accurate description, convenient with lots of amenities. Check-in was a little confusing and difficult between the description and where we needed to be, but this was remedied quickly by the communication of the property manager.

Good family vacation unit

Very nice unit and all necessities provided. We enjoyed convenient location to recreational activities and towns of Frisco and Breckenridge. Location is central in Silverthorne so there was street noise but a white noise app helped for sleep.
