It’s about two miles from downtown Silverthorne and four miles from Dillon and Dillon Reservoir. There’s plenty of hiking and biking trails nearby, as well as world-class fly fishing on the Blue River. In the winter, your ski menu includes Keystone Resort 10 miles away, Copper Mountain 12 miles away, Arapahoe Basin 14 miles away, and Breckenridge Resort 16 miles away. Your group will love it!

Snowy Paws at Eagles Nest is a 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom deluxe townhome with a great layout for up to six people. The spacious living area is well lit by big windows overlooking the mountains; there’s a gas fireplace and a flat-screen TV, too. The kitchen features granite counters, a gas range, and all the gear you’ll need to keep the troops happy and fed. The dining table seats six, and there’s room for two more at the counter.

Other amenities include a laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the home, and parking for two vehicles. Plus, all Summit Mountain Rentals properties are professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival and are stocked with hotel-like toiletries and linens. Our helpful staff is also available 24/7 should you need anything.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Snowy Paws. Location was great and the townhome as advertised. Our only gripe, and its a small one, was that we couldnt find any hot pads in the kitchen and there's no grill. We'd love to stay again!

Great stay at a beautiful property

We (3 brothers) stayed for 5 nights during our annual "Skifari" trip. The property is very nice and perfect for 3 retired adults that are well past the room-sharing stage of life. The three bedrooms with large beds and attached baths worked perfectly for us. The common area and kitchen were nicely furnished as are the bedrooms. The views from the windows are spectacular. Skiing was great too!

Decent place to stay, had gas leak concerns, electrical issues, zapped everytime turn on or off light. letft over garabge left in place for mulitple days before getting picked up.communications issues with proptery manager , was sent to vendor who did not handle safety issue correctly

4 weeks in July

We stayed at this property for four weeks in July and it was very comfortable for a long-term stay. The property is in very good shape, clean, well-maintained, and decorated nicely. The bedrooms and bathrooms are all large and comfortable. We had enough room in the upstairs bedroom for my husband to set up a table and his computer so he could work while we were there. Even though the temperatures got up into the 80s while we were there, we kept the windows open most of the time and the house stayed very comfortable. The location is great, only a couple of miles to shops, restaurants and hiking trails. You can also get to Frisco and Breckenridge in 10-20 minutes. The best feature of this property is the amazing view from the back deck. It’s nearly 180° of mountains and is a great space to relax and have a drink.

Taking Mom To The Mountains

My sister and I fulfilled my elderly moms wish of seeing the mountains 👊 We visited Garden of the Gods, walked across the Royal Gorge, did a gondola ride at Breck, and enjoyed the hot springs in Idaho Springs
 all within driving distance with beautiful scenery!

This a great choice!

Stayed 3 days with friends. The house is located in quiet neighborhood with a good view to the mountains. And it was very clean. The communication is also great. Suggestion to the managers: Keep at least 2 water bottle for those arriving from a long trip and offer a few low pillows

Great Property- Has all the basics

We really enjoyed the property. It had all the basics for what we wanted. Pots, Pans, linens. It even had some basic spices etc for cooking. It was very clean. The furniture was very comfortable and the TV entertainment system worked well. The beds were comfortable as well and be bathrooms were very large and provided ample space for all of us to get ready. The decor was tasteful and relatively updated. The check in process made me a little nervous, but it did go very smooth. I was only nervous because the entry code was not sent to us until 30 minutes before we checked in (although we were told this would be the case). With that being said the management company sends you a text that you can respond to at any point and they were very quick getting back to us. Most places I go to send codes a couple days ahead, but it worked as it was supposed to. So if you are renting this property and are nervous, just don't worry. They will get you the code etc. A few things to note. This does not detract from our 5 star review, but it might help others in preparation for the property. I believe the heating system was a heat pump so it can take a while to heat up or cool the place down. When we arrived the place was very warm and it stayed warm even when we turned the heat down so we had to crack some windows to manage the heat. Not a big deal. We also would have liked access to the garage. The garage was empty and it would have been nice to use since we had an elderly woman with us. She would not have had to go across the little patch of ice and snow to get inside and it would have been nice to not have to clean off the car of snow in the morning. So I am not sure why they don't want the garage being used. If you did not read that section just be aware that you have to park in the driveway. There is plenty of space for two cars there. Other than that it was a great space for us. We had a married couple, two teens and our elderly mother (82 years old). Our mother stayed in the upstairs bedroom so she had to climb the stairs which she did not mind since there were good handrails and she loved the space upstairs with great views. The shower upstairs also worked well for her because it is a separate shower stall that you can just walk into (a little tiny step, up. The downstairs shower is a tub shower which worked great for the rest of us.

Snowed in at Snowy Paws

This location is perfect for skiers. We were close to Vail, Breck and Silverthorne has everything you could need. The 3 bedrooms/2.5 baths were perfect for our family of 6. The house was clean and communication was fantastic. When I-70 shut down for the day we were able to book an extra night. Could not have been more pleased with our stay!

Wonderful location!

Enjoyed staying at Snowy Paws as the location was ideal for us as golfers! Located in subdivision adjacent to a golf course and close to other golf courses! Unit was clean and for the most part, was as indicated in the description! The biggest disappointment was finding out that the master bedroom has no closet available. ( it was locked for owners use only! ) There was a short bar attached to the wall with several hangers for guest to use. Furthermore, there was a small chest with four small drawers and two small shelves to store clothes. We rented the unit for two weeks and so we’re very disappointed in having no closet in the master suite!! That is a deal breaker for my husband and I both, as we are neat freaks!!!

Great House

This is a really easy living home. Very comfy. Location is in a nice neighborhood close to a golf course. Short drive into Silverthorne. Our stay was extended a couple of times as we were waiting to get into our new construction house that had a few delays. Property manager was very responsive during our 3 week stay. Three friends off enjoying each other and the mountains. The place is beautiful and Soooooo clean. Rated high for us and we’ve all used VRBO many times. Location is great, lots to do, wonderful hikes, great restaurants.
