⚠️ This home does not have air conditioning. Summer temperatures in Summit County are mild, and the home is cooled with ceiling fans and open windows.

❄️ Winter here is so much more than just the slopes. Yes, you can ski or snowboard at Keystone, Copper Mountain, Arapahoe Basin, or Vail, all within 35 minutes. But you can also drive your own team of Alaskan huskies through alpine meadows, snowshoe deep into the forest to a hidden waterfall, glide down groomed runs at Frisco Adventure Park, rent fat-tire bikes for a ride on snowy trails, or lace up your skates at one of the largest outdoor ice rinks in the country, located right on a frozen lake at 9,300 feet.

☀️ When the snow melts, the fun simply changes shape. Explore hiking or biking trails that wind through wildflowers and golden cottonwoods, fish for brown and rainbow trout on the Blue River, one of Colorado's premier gold medal fishing spots, rent a kayak or paddleboard on Dillon Reservoir, where mountain peaks stretch in every direction, or play a round of golf at the Raven Golf Club at Three Peaks, perched at 9,000 feet with some of the most spectacular views in the state. End the evening with a guided horseback ride or a dinner wagon tour through the Keystone countryside.

🔞 Primary guest must be at least 25 years old. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

🌙 Quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM

🚬 No smoking indoors or in the garage. This is a high wildfire risk area and we take it seriously.

👟 No outdoor shoes inside the home. Slippers and socks only.

🐾 Pets are not permitted at this property.

👥 Larger groups beyond the listed occupancy may be accommodated with prior approval from Luxury Peaks Property Management.
