Located in the nice Residential area of Beacon Hill and within walking distance to St Maarten’s thriving nightlife area of Maho, Maringo, a nice and cozy 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath villa offers new contemporary elegance combined with vibrant Caribbean colors to make the perfect villa vacation experience!

Situated in a quiet and safe area, the spacious, fully air-conditioned, single-level villa offers a large open floor concept with a beautiful, well-equipped, modern kitchen that opens to a spacious living and dining area. There are 3 bedrooms total, each with ensuite bathrooms. All bedrooms are equipped with king beds.

The living area opens to a terrace and pool, and those gorgeous, unobstructed visions of blue as far as the eye can see... At night guests may catch the site of huge, brilliantly lit cruise ships setting out to sea, or colorful sailing vessels through the day. The villa offers comfortable indoor and outdoor living areas and alfresco dining for 6. There is a nice terrace equipped with new chaise lounge chairs for soaking in all that warm Caribbean sunshine.

Beautiful property

Very nice place beautiful location and a clean pool my only complaint would be we did not have access to the laundry room we booked this last minute and on the amenities listed it said washer and dryer we only stayed a week so this wasn’t much of a problem but still would have been nice for towels and bathing suits

Wonderful Stay!

My family of 4 enjoyed this property! The home was very comfortable and well appointed with everything we needed for a perfect vacation. The home was immaculate and beautifully decorated. We were truly in awe of the ocean views from the main living area and pool deck. Perfect spot to watch the sunset with a cocktail and I enjoyed my morning coffee up on the balcony of the main suite overlooking the ocean. We thought the location was great. Easy to walk to bars, restaurants and shops. We also rented a car from Enterprise and traveled the entire island having lunches and dinners at local restaurants. The housekeepers and pool maintenance man were great. Stacey was amazing and so kind. She assisted us with jet ski rentals and a private catamaran for the day, which was spectacular! Overall, we had no issues with the home and had a fantastic stay! Thank you so much Stacey!

Great place

The pictures are accurate and house was very nice and spotless. House cleaners came every 2 days which was a pleasant surprise. Disappointed that there was no washer/dryer. I understood from the listing that it was available
.I just would’ve packed differently. Kids enjoyed the pool and the sunsets are amazing. Stacey the house manager was the best! She stayed late to let us in as our flight was late. We forgot something when we checked out and she helped us get it back! I can’t say enough good things. Rent this place..you won’t be disappointed.
