This amazing completely renovated 1 bedroom 1.5 bathroom unit is located at Palm Beach Condo’s, directly on Simpson Bay Beach.
This fully air-conditioned unit offers a comfortable living room, with open floor plan kitchen. The bedroom has a king sized bed and an en-suite bathroom.
Kick back on the covered terrace, reading a good book, listening to the waves crashing on the beach, or grill on the BBQ for a relaxing dinner.
Palm beach is very conveniently located in Simpson Bay, here you will find beach bars, restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance. Only a 10 minute drive from the airport.

Condo was very nice and its location was on one of the best beaches in St. Martin. However
.it’s right next to the airport runway so noise and jet fumes were terrible! The floor would vibrate from the larger planes taking off. Some people staying there were not bothered but I would not return to that location for that reason.

Lovely Property

Great location & property (both the pool area and the unit itself). Many amenities making the stay easier (able to do laundry if needed). I was there as a single female and felt completely safe staying there. Pictures are very accurate. I have been to St. Martin many times and would stay here again for a future trip.
