We were awakened at 7 AM on the 4th of July to our sprinkler in the ceiling flooding our room. Not the way to start a vacation day! Had to pack up our stuff and move rooms! And then we got a room half the size AND the hotel declined to refund our stay!!!! And we are Diamond Club Hilton Honors members. Worst hotel experience in many many years.
