The staff were ever friendly, polite and helpful - providing assistance without question. The room was spotlessly clean with great facilities and a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was excellent once you worked out just what was available from a vast array of options.
A family of otters were active in the river a few steps from the hotel.

Very nice hotel, good location, friendly staff and very impressive selection for breakfast. Only complaint is the lack of seating that’s available if you have to wait for your airport transfer, other hotels have seating areas.

Helpful and friendly staff, kindly provided an upgraded room. The king deluxe room was spacious with a nice bathroom, nice shower and bathtub. The fitness facility (gym) was well equipped and a pleasant space. Breakfast had good food with many choices, but very crowded (at 9 am) with a cafeteria-like setting. Would stay again, perhaps making it to breakfast earlier!
