Sejour assez decevant, la chambre etait un peu vieille (peintrure defraichie, moquette sale), le mobilier de piscine meriterait aussi un peu de neuf. Le lit et l'insonorisation etaient en revanche excellent. Les restaurants sont assez chers mais de bonne qualite - service tres moyen (oubli de notre commande, pas de prosecco etc.). Vu le prix, je ne recommande pas

Beautiful hotel located in Sentosa Island, very large pool and nice rooms. I would just point out that unfortunately it is not possible to open the windows of the bedroom

Très bon séjour

J'ai séjourné dans beaucoup de Sofitel dans le monde, ça reste un excellent gage de qualité, l'établissement est très bien. Situé à Sentosa, un peu excentré par rapport au centre, c'est parfaitement adapté aux familles et vacances. Belle piscine, accès à la plage par un grand escalier dans la forêt. Plage sans plus mais c'est Singapour on ne vient pas pour ça. Un léger bémol, l'hôtel est un peu en dessous du standard Sofitel (quelques finitions dans les chambres par exemple).

Luxurious but Inadequte

Excellent facility but for a facilty this expensive it only has one huge restaurant with very limited staff. We have to hunt for our waiter to pay our bill. The hotel has mo gift shop and bathrooms are not equipped with bidets!

Nice stay in Sentosa island Singapore

Very nice hotel located in Sentosa island. Excellent service, nice pool but its color could be better. Big and very comfortable bedroom. Breakfast needs to be improved in quality to meet standard.

It's a terrible experience! The very first step into the hotel was shouted by the receptionist "HOLD, HOLD, HOLD..........." He was also using a hand gesture to push me back! There were no other guests in the reception desk, and I saw no reason for him to shout at me! Well, it happened that he was waiting for the prior guest to come back. A more polite gesture and explanation can help! I wonder if this is the way how they greet their guests. This was just the beginning! When I finished check-in, the reception sent us to the villa by car but forgot to give us the keys! The driver had to go back and get them. When we entered the villa, we realized that a construction site was just next to it. Machines operated loudly and we could hear workers talked to each other. Noisy and annoying! How can the guests relax and enjoy in a resort hotel like this??!! Facilities in the villa were all worn out. Not worth for a dime, definitely no return and highly not recommend.
