Your villa has been meticulously crafted to showcase the epitome of oceanfront opulence, offering panoramic vistas of the Caribbean Sea, the verdant golf course, and the pristine white sands.

Characterized by modern aesthetics and open-plan design, the villa spans two levels, featuring shaded alcoves for leisurely repose alongside the inviting pool adorned with plush loungers. Inside, three sumptuous bedrooms await, each offering captivating views of the pool and sea. This luxurious retreat comes fully furnished and equipped for every comfort and convenience.

The ground floor welcomes guests with a spacious living area seamlessly merging with an open kitchen, a utility space housing laundry facilities, and a dedicated workstation. Ascend to the first floor to discover the master suite, complete with a king-sized bed and an expansive ensuite bathroom, alongside two additional bedrooms, each boasting its private bath room.

The villa is a 5-10 min walk from the Blue Bay's beautiful sandy beach, where you can enjoy crystal clear waters, sunbeds and shady palm trees. Whether you want to snorkel, dive, paddleboard or just relax, the Blue Bay Beach offers something for everyone. As a guest of Villa Bocazul, you have complimentary access to the beach including a beach chair. Other facilities of the resort, such as the 18 holes golf course, tennis courts, diving, may be used, and a corresponding fee will be charged.

Practical Information:
Our nightly rate covers the accommodation and WIFI. In addition, a fixed utility fee per night will be charged to cover water and electricity usage. To support sustainability and avoid unnecessary charges, we kindly ask guests to use utilities responsibly.

A one-time cleaning fee is also applied per stay. This includes professional cleaning before arrival and standard check-out cleaning. Please note that if excessive cleaning is required, additional charges may apply at the guest’s expense. Mid-stay cleanings are available upon request for an extra fee and includes fresh linens and towels.
