The rooms were neat and clean. The heating/cooling unit was very noisy when on (even on the low setting). Fortunately the weather was temperate and we did not need to use it. Also the refrigerator made an annoying buzzing sound when running. Great location--within easy walking distance of Empire Mall and virtually across the street from Perkins Restaurant.

Employees were helpful and efficient. There was noise in the room from the refrigerator that disturbed sleep. Also the combination air conditioner/heater was very loud even at the lowest setting. Sounded like a small plane taking off. We mostly kept it off and were lucky the outside temp allowed us to do that.
