It was amazing. The staffs were super-nice. The kitchen had everything to cook by ourselves. It provided a great fireplace and a plenty of fire woods with helpful firestartes. It locates near the ski slopes. It has free shuttle for village and for Aspen airport. Our family had a great time here.

The actual property was great. Front desk was very helpful and cheerful. However our particular “condo” was in awful shape. Peeling wallpaper, missing blind slats on most of the window treatments and chipped paint. I understand that we only got the standard room so the very outdated decor and appliances were expected, but for the insane amount of money we paid, we should be able to expect blinds that close completely and beds that weren’t broken.

Easy check in and out. Communication was excellent. Condo was clean, had everything we needed for a great weekend, and was close to so many activities.

My friend and I rented a condo to attend Aspen Jazz Festival over Labor Day. The property was fine, but a little outdated. Be warned that there isn't any air conditioning. It was warm, but slept with door open w/ screen. The condo was a bit outdated, but it had washer/dryer, fridge, stove etc so it was fine. Shuttle service was adequate. The employees were very friendly and helpful explaining best ways to get around. Would probably be a very different experience in the winter.

We had booked a king deluxe room at this property. The room was very nice and clean. It was a 2 story condo with a living room and kitchen/dining downstairs and the master (king) bed room upstairs. The living room couch converted to a queen bed. The room overlooked a nice patio and backyard. The kitchen had cooking utensils and basic cookware. There is a garage parking and it felt safe to walk around the property. There are grocery stores and restaurants within walking distance. The location is short drive to Maroon Bells and downtown Aspen. Couple of minor issues we had was that the microwave was not working when we checked in it took them a day to replace it. Also did not like the pool which was not very clean or kid friendly. Otherwise it’s a great room and an excellent location.

The unit we were given was extremely dated compared to the photos. Dishes were dirty and a grill was not provided as stated in the reservations. The oven did not work and the living room tv was not functioning when we arrived. When we brought up our concerns and asked for a different unit that met the expectations and details of the reservation, we were told they couldn't do anything and that they would have Maintenace come by and check things out. After I spoke with the front desk, I was told a manager would contact me first thing in the morning which was not the case and I had to reach out directly.
