"The room was well presented and had everything we needed. The shower was a little small and the air con was noisy but we still managed to sleep well in the comfortable bed. All in all a pleasant stay in a really good location."

"Good comms throughout. Parking straightforward, but at the Lygon Arms CP2, plenty of space. Couple of minor items - Wifi didnt work on any of the 3 options they gave, so plan to use 4g/5g and the front door never seemed to be locked and accessible via the code - not sure if it was locked after c 9:30 after we returned to the room. Room itself was good - great location and milk and water in the fridge was helpful"

"The hotel is very good and should be excellent. Unfortunately, it is let down in one area, the restaurant. We had issues at breakfast on both mornings as did others seated around us. I would describe the breakfast as “chaos”. It is a shame because aside from that the hotel is very good. The check in staff were excellent and the spa is more than adequate."
