Good location
Publié le 19 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayMy family enjoyed the stay. The first bed room is very good size. The 2nd one is bit small, no closet. It is very clean. We stayed there comfortably. It may need few more pieces of eating utensils. We stayed the first week of March. The snow was melting. It was good to have a swimming pool and hot tub.

Family weekend at snowshoe

So glad you found your home away from home at SS. The layout allows for extra people, but you don’t feel on top of each other! Being close to the elevator (but not hearing the elevator) is also great! Please come back soon!

great location
Publié le 20 janv. 2024 sur HomeAwaylocation and accommodation as advertised. Hiccup in checking in as owner had failed to notify Allegheny Springs management regarding our reservation. Also, there is a penalty of $25 if you do not dispose of your own trash, and the facility is not clear what we are to do with it, a nuisance when we are paying top dollar for the condo and traveling several hundred miles to be there.

Thanks for letting me know about the hiccup in the reservation. As an owner I personally add your name to the front desk reservation list and I apologize this happened! As for the trash- that is a building wide policy, but I will for sure add instructions on where the dump is located in the building. I hope you will return and we are happy to offer a discount to your next stay. So glad you loved the condo and location! We agree it is the perfect spot!

Great Place to stay

Thanks for the sparkling clean review! We agree it is a sweet place to stay in the village! Only 8 condos have this layout and it is by far the best!

Small but filled our need
Publié le 14 oct. 2023 sur HomeAwayThe beds were good and we had everything we needed (although be aware that things such as shampoo, etc are not provided). The place was clean and comfortable but there were a few things we didn't love. The bath plug did not seal so the water drained no matter what, the second bedroom doesn't have a window so it is kind of claustrophobic and there isn't much to choose from in the way of places to eat or things to do this time of year. We understand that it is a ski resort so the off season is going to be quiet and it was fine for this trip.

So glad you enjoyed your stay! The beds are great! We provide the basics like Tp, trash bags, dish soap… I’ll ask about adding shampoo and conditioner, but don’t think any units in the village offer them. Off season is so relaxing! So glad you were able to enjoy! The staff takes a much need break and mountain reopens 11/22.

First time at Snowshoe
Publié le 10 août 2023 sur HomeAwayThis was our first trip to Snowshoe. The location is absolutely perfect. You are right in the center of everything. Bike storage downstairs and being right next to the lift was super convenient for summer activities.
The heated pool and hot tubs were used several times daily. The other indoor/outdoor pools are next door. Our young kids had an absolute blast.
The property is just as described.
