Take a stroll along the property’s 200-foot boardwalk and dock to immerse yourself in the ocean’s sights and sounds. Borrow a crab trap and try your luck off the dock! October to March is when big Dungeness crab are most plentiful and the crabbing in Sooke Harbour is fantastic! Take a kayak out for a leisurely paddle! Bring your boat? We have over 200ft of dock space! Sit on the terrace and star gaze or play a game of bocci ball together. Seascape Inn is a small boutique hotel situated on the Sooke Inlet, just a kilometre from Sooke town centre.

Enjoy easy access to local attractions, including the Sooke Museum, Seaparc Recreation Centre, Galloping Goose Trail, Sooke Potholes, DeMamiel Creek Golf Course, and a variety of shops, restaurants, breweries, and hiking trails.

The property features five private units, each with its own entrance and outdoor space, ensuring a peaceful and independent stay. Shared amenities include the parking lot, a large private dock, direct beach access, and a scenic oceanfront terrace with a grassy area perfect for relaxation. A communal laundry facility is available for guest use from 9 AM to 7 PM.

Adventure awaits with two complimentary kayaks (first-come, first-served) for exploring Sooke Harbour’s tranquil waters. Guests can also try their hand at crabbing with provided crab traps, offering a true coastal experience. October to March is prime season for catching abundant Dungeness crab right off the dock!
