Staff was helpful and friendly. I have no complaints about how I was treated. The room was ok. The coffee maker was disgustingly dirty, with coffee grounds in the water receptacle. I cleaned it out so I could drink coffee, not something a guest should have to do. The other room complaint is that there were multiple stink bugs in the room. Not the grossest bug, but still annoying when one is buzzing just above your head when trying to sleep. Another sad thing is that the heat seemed to be on the fritz in the pool room. The room was frigid and the pool wasn’t any better. My final complaint is that a party was taking place while we were there, and there was no consideration for other guests in that party. My daughter goes to bed early, and there was running through the halls, loud knocking and screaming in the halls, and a big, loud party in the lobby until about 11pm. After that things quieted, but I could still hear talking and movement throughout the halls until the middle of the night. It made it impossible for me to sleep. This seems like something that could have been handled better by staff, though largely it was just unfortunate to be there with other guests with no consideration for others.

Well no place is perfect! And I didn’t get to use the indoor pool(my fault it was available to use)! But overall great experience especially for the price! Super sweet helpful staff! It is clean and the continental breakfast and 24hr coffee station were also very nice! Great place to stay if your on vacation out of town overnight or even just a night out of the house and checking out of life and responsibilities for 24hrs lol

Great staff. Manager Alan personally checked us in. I came to his office later with a small lighting issue just for his FYI. He was ready to go up to the room to look at the problem right away! Great breakfast. Front desk clerk was out checking on it regularly!

Manager, Alan, is very responsive to room issues. We couldn't get the TV remote to work. He quickly came up to troubleshoot and returned with fresh batteries for the remote! It is great to stay at a place where the staff really cares and invests themselves in the hotel and the guest experience.

Staff was friendly, place was clean. The only thing that really needs improvement was the bed. I like a firm mattress but that bed was waaay too hard. I have a bad back and it was almost impossible to sleep comfortably.

From the welcoming blood stain that adorned the floor of our hotel room entrance, to the the confetti of broken glass left around our room, it certainly screamed welcome to Mishawaka Indiana. Yuck.
