The room was very clean and smelled good. The bed was extremely comfortable and the pillows were amazing! The only issues were the elevator was sketchy- only one was working so wait times were long, the pool was out of commission and the plugs/usb next to the bed and under the tv didn’t work so charging was a pain. There isn’t a dim light in the bathroom, so nightly visits were very bright. The bathroom door could use a soft close hinge as they slammed shut and were very loud from the room and nearby rooms. These being small issues, I would stay here again because it was so clean!

We were greeted the minute we walked thru the door , asked if we were an IHG member, which she verified we were (thank you). The room was very clean, and suited us perfectly! Our second night returning to the hotel, we enjoyed the coffee available in the Lobby. Online checkout was easy. It was a great stay!

Two things , my shower was dirty , I have a photo. Secondly, no one told us that the outside entry closest to the rooms , the key card entry was broken, while it is raining we are trying to unload our bags at a broken door. Then the dirty shower.

This hotel is excellent. Staff is wonderful and very helpful. Rooms are clean and nice. But this is the second year in a row that we stayed at this hotel during/after significant snowfall and the parking lot is absolutely terrible. The door and sidewalks are good but the actual parking lot and road to the hotel is as bad as it can be. I don't know who they hire for this service but they need to fire them and get a new services. It is absolutely terrible.
