A part la literie qui est excellente et la vue sur mer de la chambre tout le reste est très moyen
Les salles de bains ne devraient par porter ce nom et datent de la construction, elles ressemblent à un placard non aménagé
La Moquette de la chambre est très moyenne
Le petit déjeuner ne ressemble à rien et il n’y avait pas de thé…
Le lobby est froid comme le personnel de la réception qui devrait prendre des cours d’accueil et de sourire
,l’hôtel se doit d’investir dans la qualité et supprimer les couverts en plastique et les assiettes en carton du petit déjeuner l’ecologie se vie au quotidien..
Vraiment dommage …
Ne pas oublier d’organiser le ménage et le changement de serviette ce qui n’as pas été fait

We had a stellar view of the gulf. Room was clean & spacious. Amentities overall are great. Location is great. When we checked in there was no map & we were not given clear directions on how to get to our building, which was not marked at all. Were not told if there was any maid service & we had no DND sign if we didn't want maid service. Maid service took away the extra towels we specifically had to ask for earlier in the day & in a double queen room we got 3 towels& 2 coffee cups. Bartenders were great (Jorge, Robert & Edgar).Pool was nice but small for as big as the resort is. Overall, would stay again.

The room was nice but the water pressure in the sink and shower is very weak . Also be prepared to pay a “resort fee” at the end of your stay it was close to 100 dollars for booking through a third party service. That shocked and upset me

Stay for 6 night. The room was really big but bathroom is small. We stayed in tower B and had an ocean view. Sea side bar and pool bar are really expensive but the pineapple drink and Mexican candy shots were good. We will be back again.

Ocean front rooms, carpet was moist, room smelled like mildew & moldy. Bathroom door didn't shut, rust on metal. Housekeeping asked for towels to be exchanged, never got them. Another time, towels were taking & never got anyback. 2hrs later & 3 phones call finally got a couple.
Asked to talk to manager a couple times, never happened. Outside of building needs serious work.
Our air conditioner unit was very loud. Horrible stay, don'trecommendit. .
