Not condo pictured

We were not given the condo pictured in the listing. We were in 205. Our fridge did not work and we lost food overnight even after they came and said it was fixed. TVs didn't have anything to watch on them and was told when asked about it that you have to bring your own devices. Jets in tub in master bath would not turn off and were on all night. The next night we were moved to 902 and it was amazing. No problems in this condo!

Condo was nice BUT ice maker didn’t work; sink clogged entire time; very dusty; buzzing sound in hallway or near exit or condo very hard to determine where it came from, none of the lamps worked in the third bedroom so it was very dark because the light fixture on the ceiling had very dim bulbs.

The room on pictures and the reality are completely different. It’s not the room as the ad. Very downgrade condo with stain and dirty all over the place. The ice maker doesn’t work. Very poor communication.

When we arrived we saw the large pool was closed. The employees behind the counter said they told everyone two weeks in advance the pool would be closed for Labor Day weekend. We were never notified. I was given a phone number to call but they were closed for the day. When we got to the room the bedding was not configured in the manner I booked. There was a bunk bed in the kids room which caused major grief with the grands because they were too young to sleep up top. And it gets worse. The only TV in the unit that worked was in the living room. The cable boxes were removed from the other 2 rooms! And the cable in the living room was basic. No sports or news channels. The sofa was extremely hard and dirty. Since the main pool was closed we were “allowed” to use the next door pool. It was dirty and over crowded. I paid for one thing and got another. Very disappointed. Will not return. The whole trip I got to look out and see yellow tape around the pool we were supposed to be able to use.
