I had no towels in my room on arrival. I called the desk to get more towels and they never brought them to me. I had to walk downstairs to the desk to retrieve the towels myself. The stay was very unpleasant. I will not ever book this hotel again.

Comfortable room and bed. Check in was good. Very accommodating to change my room from second to first floor. Was surprised I needed to pay a $100 deposit. A little noisy but not enough to keep me awake.

The front desk did not speak english, I paid for entire month on my credit card and ajay at the front desk did not honor because he said the virtual credit card expedia sent declined, Expedia asked ajay to call expedia and he refused, telling me to hang up the phone with expedia

Had to pay a deposit of 100 dollars and it doesn't say that online shady businesses practices and unclear business policies online. No big deal ill never book there again

The price was a good deal for 2 day's. I think the woman at night learned a little more english. If it wasnt for me speaking spanish the question would of took longer to answer me. The door to the room had a gap in it and you had to lift it by the handle to lock it. The bed has a metal frame and makes noise when you move around.

After my son and I had been in our room for about and hour or so, my son saw a ROACH crawling from behind our TV. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, killed it and it wasn’t 5 mins later there was another one close to the bathroom.
