We chose this place because we like the town which is beautiful. We were able to walk the small streets of Spello and take photos of the flowers and the wall made of beautiful stones. The place has a little sitting area, a kitchenette and a nice shower. Internet was fast. Our trip is mostly business, at night we were able to backup the photos we took onto our computer and answer emails. The host is very kind and helpful. Parking is free.

Laurie and Justin have a beautiful property and are outstanding hosts. When we return to Spoleto, we wouldn’t even consider staying anywhere else.

Modern apartment in a very old building in Spello
Publié le 3 oct. 2022 sur HotelsThis is a very modern apartment in a very old building. The location is right in Spello so you are close to everything. Very clean and everything worked as it should. And very comfortable. The owner was especially helpful. She not only recommended excellent restaurants but she also helped when my wife became ill. She told us about the clinic in town and then followed up often to check on my wife's health. We stayed an extra night so my wife could better recover. We highly recommend.
