We spent one night. When we checked in the clerk seemed a bit manic. Perhaps it was partially our exhaustion but we were put off by the lack of professionalism. Although conveniently located across from the quite noisy rickety elevator our room was disappointing. The walls, carpets and furniture were all run down, cheap and damaged. The bathroom, especially, was bad. The walls were in the worst shape, the sink leaked and the tub/shower was suspicious. The shower head was a hand held cheap piece of equipment. A huge spotlight shone i to our window all night despite closing the flimsy curtain. To top it all off there was no noise protection. It sounded like there was a bowling alley above us throughout the night. I will say the mattress may have been the most comfortable I’ve ever experienced in a hotel. The breakfast was bare bones but well stocked but had a very plain, minimum coffee bar. Overall it was a disappointing stay.

Well after pulling the covers back and seeing the sheets that were yellow stained condition, we felt we should have stayed somewhere else…you need to do better. I think Motel 6 is better than this.

Checked into our room with our dog, second floor. Bed overlay was dirty with stains. Bathroom floor had many loose floor tile in front of sink — safety hazard — and grout mess as though someone attempted to fix. Room is heavily used and all furniture and linens look too worn. Sofa was dirty and sunken and bed appeared same. I had to clean off the desk it was so dirty I finally decided it just wasn’t right. I’m paying the same price as everyone else. Are they putting me in this crappy room because I have a dog (a very sweet, well behaved one)? I requested that we be moved. The 3rd floor room is clean with perfect floors and no stains. It’s a shame. Desk clerk gave some weird reasons why our room wasn’t clean and had stains — perhaps she could use some training

The couch had a lot of stains on it. The top bedding was stained and the staff told me it’s just the top covering. I asked for another room. Which I got but the cushions covers on that couch in that room was torn.

Water damage with possible mold growing over the shower. The rest of the room appeared very clean. Staff was very kind and helpful when I needed assistance getting people to move their cars that had parked me in.

Honest review

Very Nice and clean Hotel I enjoyed my stay my kids got to take advantage of the amenities like swimming & breakfast. I mostly relaxed in the comfy bed.

This hotel was deceiving. The photos made it appear to be updated and pretty, but the bathroom had lifting floor tiles, water damage on the ceiling, the bedroom was not the cleanest, “breakfast” was not what I would call a breakfast at all as it only had some cereal, muffins, hardboiled eggs that were in a bowl in the fridge together. (exposed egg, no shell) wasn’t a hotel I’d stay in again.

The elevator wasn't working properly. If the last to get off the elevator wouldn't send the elevator back down,then you'd have to carry your belongings up the stairs. Some of the seating in dining had been removed and the chairs in the lobby as well, so there wasn't a place to sict to wait on
