Avis ALTIDO Unique Mezzanine Apartment in St Andrews

I stayed here in November. I repeatedly asked for maintenance to replace light bulbs. The Master bath had one. They promised they would. That didn't happen. They assured me they would have everything ready for this trip including a new hairdryer. Not only were there no lights but one in the master, the 2nd bathroom had only one light in the shower. The bedding except for the master was not clean. I had to buy new bedding for two of the four beds, I had to buy a hair dryer. The floors were dirty under the beds. The jacuzzi didn't work. The windows in the living room had to be held open with a pan as it was hot. The list is endless. Perhaps my standards are high! I expect not only surface clean but clean bedding. I took photos. The outside is just as bad. The winter leaves and garbage has never been moved. Great location for sure. But don't expect anything from the management or maintenance. You may get 10% off your next trip if you complain. That's what I received in November. This time after my threats I received nothing.

GREAT place for a group to stay.

A luxury property with lots of space for 6 adults right in the center of St Andrews. Although the property was well appointed there were a few basics missing, specifically not a toaster or frying pan. Obviously you are not encouraged to cook in this apartment when is a bit of an oddity when it's fitted with a built in steam oven?! Other than the issues with the cooking facilities the apartment was very well equipped and a great place to relax.
