We were notified that this property was unavailable a few days before our arrival. We stayed in a different house and we weren’t impressed.

Disappointed

The photos of this property looked wonderful, however, in person was a very different story. There were bugs everywhere (dead and alive) dead even in the refrigerator. We were in master bedroom one evening watching tv and at least a 2” roach was crawling across the wall. My husband tried to kill it but it ran in locked closet. There is black mold on ceiling tiles in sunroom. The board holding the gate up is falling off and dangerous. I could go on but don’t want to take more time. This is the worst place we have ever stayed it needs considerable updating and repairs. We even left a day early.

Property had dog hair everywhere

But they came and cleaned. Still could’ve used more cleaning to be to my liking. Did have some bugs in the property. Good neighborhood and close to the beach.

We had a great time at Saint Augustine , we loved the food, the old city.

The location is awesome. The only thing with this property was the cleanliness, the air filter was like maybe 6 months old, the floors were dirty, we had to cleaned out a little bit. My own opinion about the mattress is they need to be replaced . Property needs more maintenance, but overall we enjoyed it: Thanks.
