Welcome to Island Life!

Bring the whole family—and your four-legged friends—to our spacious (2,500 plus square feet), newly furnished 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom beach house on Anastasia Island. With plenty of room to relax, play, gather, and entertain, this comfortable Home Away from Home is located between the Intracoastal and the beautiful white-sand beaches.

The beach is just 0.5 miles away, making it an easy walk, bike ride, or quick drive. After a day at the beach or exploring St. Augustine, come home to enjoy the peaceful setting, beautiful sunsets, outdoor patio, and plenty of space for everyone.

THE HOME

Our single-level home comfortably accommodates families or groups of friends and includes:
• 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms
• Parking for up to 4 vehicles
• High-speed WiFi

• Large, fully updated kitchen
• Outdoor patio with grill and lounge seating

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

• Primary Bedroom: King bed, generous closet, and access to a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a large walk-in shower. An air mattress is also available.
• Bedroom 2: Queen bed, plenty of storage, and access to the Jack-and-Jill bathroom.
• Bedroom 3: Full-size bed and private sliding-glass-door access to the backyard.
• Bedroom 4: Twin-over-full bunk bed with stairs and a trundle, providing three sleeping spaces, plus generous storage and a Smart TV.
• Game Room: Pull-out sofa for additional sleeping space.

For our youngest guests, we provide a couple of Pack ’n Plays (sheets included), two high chairs and a toddler booster seat.

KITCHEN & AMENITIES

The large, completely updated kitchen features new, state-of-the-art appliances and everything you need to prepare meals. The coffee and wine bar includes sugar, creamer, tea bags, and a few Keurig coffee pods. A Keurig, traditional coffee maker, Nespresso and French press are all available.

We provide linens, towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, dish soap, a couple of rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, and paper towels to get your stay started.

BEACH DAYS MADE EASY

We've included many of the essentials for a fun day at the beach, including surfboards, boogie boards, a beach tent, cooler, beach chairs, and wagons. Afterward, rinse off the sand in the convenient outdoor hot-water shower.

FUN FOR EVERYONE

Whether you’re relaxing in the comfortable living room, enjoying a game of ping pong, playing corn hole in the backyard, watching a movie, or gathering around the outdoor patio, there's something for everyone. The spacious living area features a beautiful farmhouse-style ceiling, comfortable leather seating, and a large TV perfect for movie nights or catching the big game.

Our home is close to many of St. Augustine’s favorite attractions, including the Lighthouse, Alligator Farm, Amphitheatre, historic downtown, and the famous Nights of Lights. Anastasia Island is known for its beautiful beaches, and the nearby beach is only about a 10-minute walk away.

Walking distance to beach and intercoastal with close playground for the kids. Direct Beach access via 4WD vehicle available. House was clean and lots of small touches that made the stay easy, like high chair, step stool, kid plates and cups. Well appointed kitchen accessories and large table for big families. We enjoyed the outdoor space, which was fenced in for the dog and kids. Extras were available like beach toys, chairs, floats, etc. Indoor space was also fantastic with ping pong table, games and comfy couches and bedrooms. Location was convenient with grocery stores and excellent restaurants, attractions within 5-10 minutes.Easy and quick communication with the host. They were very understanding and receptive when we had an accident during the stay. Wonderful and would stay again!

OBSESSED

We had the honor of being Johanna and Ash’s first guests, and they did not disappoint. Not only was the house ADORABLE, but it had everything we needed. I wish we could have stayed for a month. Definitely bring your family and friends to this place for a beach getaway. I particularly loved the separate game room. In our own house, the kids don’t have a separate area to play in. It was really nice having the main living room area to ourselves. The kids enjoyed it too as well as the bunk beds and tv. Johanna and Ash were very nice and responded quickly to any questions we had. If I could give 10 stars, I would.

Perfect beach house!

When I book the stay, it didn’t have any reviews since it was a new listing but the pictures and location was perfect for our family so I book it, we were traveling with two toddler and a small dog. The host, Johanna and Ash, were great! I had a few questions and they reply right away. They made our stay super comfortable, offer us high chairs, strollers and cribs which was so convenient! Even left us a big dog bed and bowl for our pup. The house was well equipped with everything, the kitchen, bathrooms, backyard, game room and a kid’s room with toys, everything we needed, left us a box with essential in case we needed something which is so thoughtful. It is 20 minutes from the beautiful downtown and just a couple of blocks away from the beach. Neighborhood is calm and quiet, at night the stars are shinning bright. I couldn’t ask for a better home for our stay! It is absolutely beautiful, spacious and clean. Best rental house I have stayed in. Hoping to come back later in the future for a longer days. We love it so much! Thank you for hosting us.
