My host, Tracy, was a gem to work with. She answered all my questions/concerns in a very timely manner.She was sure that everything was in place so that my stay would be enjoyable. Great little place. Nice walk to the beach, CVS, great shops, bars, cafes.

Excellent location. We could get a good walk on the beach at sunrise, meet friends for coffee at kookaburra, dinner at Cafe 11, etc. If you're a walker or biker it's an amazing location and close to City center too if that's your thing.

Wonderful rental property! Everything we could need on vacation was provided. Whether you are preparing a holiday meal or loading up for a day at the beach you will find what you need. Since we flew into the area this was especially appreciated. House was very clean and beautifully decorated. Hope to get back there when we can stay longer.

We had a wonderful family vacation at Tracy's condo. The apt. was clean and cozy!!! The beds are very comfy too. We cooked meals there, and the kitchen was well equipped. We so appreciated the beach chairs and towels and tent that were provided. This is a great location if you want to walk to the beach. Location was great. Appreciated the cleanliness. Would have liked the time to stay longer. Would like to try to get back to St. Augustine again. I have lived here before and miss it. The one problem I have is that I'm a dinosaur and have not many computer skills so I pleaded for phone numbers.

Overall great stay

The home is in a nice easy location. Three minute walk to the beach. This was nice even in December we went into the water, we were from the north so the water was fine for us. You can hear the footsteps upstairs but they were pretty quiet by 10 PM. It was very close to downtown and there was brochures available on the property for all the attractions around. I was just sorry I wasn’t able to let Tracy know, the smoke/carbon detector batteries needed changed. It started beeping about 330 in the morning, our checkout date. The cleanliness is only a three because of the repair debris left. The home was not dirty.
