CRC 2311 - The Ocean is Calling! Ocean View Condo

Enjoy a beautiful view of both the outdoor pool and the beach from this 3rd floor condo. With a spacious living room and plenty of seating, this condo is great for everyone in the family to gather and watch the sunrise or enjoy a movie night in at the end of a long day at the beach. The kitchen is fully equipped and comes with a stackable washer and dryer and a drip coffee pot. There is a queen size bed in the primary bedroom with a newly updated en suite bathroom complete with a walk in shower, and the guest bedroom and smaller third bedroom, or the “Crow’s Nest” have two twin beds each. Please note, as this is a Silver rated condo it is important to note that much of the dĂ©cor, appliances, and furniture is original.

All of the condos are equipped with private Wi-Fi and have TVs in the living room, master bedroom, and second bedroom. We provide initial toilet paper, trash bags, bath soap, and dishwasher pods. Guests are advised to bring supplementary items if needed.

Take advantage of the recreational opportunities of this private gated community, including a large oceanfront pool, children's playground, two tennis courts with pickleball court lines, and a basketball hoop. Our indoor amenities include a heated pool, sauna, racquetball court, and fitness center.

The beautiful, white, sandy beaches are just a two-minute walk from buildings 1 and 2 and a three-minute walk from building 3. The beaches are accessible by car with just a short drive north to the Dondanville Road Access.

Only a 15-minute drive away is historic downtown Saint Augustine, where there is no shortage of shopping, dining, or fun activities for people of all ages. Check out the town's many historic attractions or hop on the Trolley to see it all on the go! You can purchase DISCOUNTED tickets to the Old Town Trolley and many of Saint Augustine’s attractions right in the main office at the property!

Saint Augustine has no shortage of kid friendly entertainment! Check out the Alligator Farm or the Lighthouse and Maritime Museum here on the island or head downtown for the Pirate and Treasure Museum or Potter’s Wax Museum for some good old fashion family fun!

Can't Wait To Go Back!

Excellent location, condo was the perfect size for the 5 of us. The large patio was awesome and gave us great views and sounds of the beach. Indoor pool was great for the rainy days. Outdoor pool was large and never felt crowded even on busy days. Boardwalk to the beach was excellent! We were able to see lots of wildlife on the dunes. The section of beach where this condo is located is quite large even with the tide all the way in. The mattress in the master was very hard but after a long day swimming and at the beach, it was livable. Bathrooms are nice and updated. We WILL be back!

Awesome views of the beach from the 3rd floor. Clean and comfortable. Will stay again. Was there while Idalia blew through Florida but we hardly noticed.

Great family vacation!

We really enjoyed our stay! The room was nice and clean, the balcony is huge( my favorite part) the pool and hot tub were great , and it was a nice short walk to the beach! Perfect for our family of 5! I highly recommend this property!!

St. Augustine Family Vacation

Beautiful grounds with actives for all age groups. Warm and inviting beach, but the water was a little cold. No worries heated indoor pool onsite, as well as outdoor pool. Tennis and Basketball courts not far from room. The only concern was the times in which contractors begin working on other units and the current state of the dock going to the bridge.
