Spacious Oceanfront Pool Home!

A Peace of Paradise is a spacious oceanfront home designed for relaxed group stays, offering five bedrooms, five full bathrooms, and two additional powder rooms. With room for up to 13 guests, this 2,800 square foot property comfortably accommodates extended families or two families traveling together, while still allowing space to spread out.

From the back of the house, a private boardwalk leads directly over the dunes to the beach, with only the dunes and a large private pool separating you from the shoreline. The pool may be heated for an additional fee, with heating added in advance and available seasonally. Multiple decks and porches provide inviting outdoor spaces, including a second-story balcony overlooking the Atlantic and a shaded ground-level porch ideal for quiet mornings or evening conversations.

Inside, the home features two separate living rooms, each furnished with comfortable seating, TVs, and games, making it easy for groups to gather or enjoy downtime separately. The open kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, generous counter space, and ample storage. The dining area seats six, complemented by additional seating at the breakfast bar and outdoor dining area.

Each bedroom includes its own full bathroom, offering privacy throughout the home. The primary suite features a Jacuzzi tub with a unique one-way mirror designed to capture ocean views. Additional amenities include a second Jacuzzi, washer and dryer, and well-planned indoor and outdoor living areas. This home is not pet-friendly.

Beautiful home exactly as listed. Our family had an awesome time swimming in the pool and hanging out on the beach. Located close to a playground for small kids. Publix and restaurants about 5 minutes away. We hope to visit again soon!

It was an ideal location. It was incredibly easy getting to the beach with all the kids’ toys and other beach stuff. The kitchen had all the supplies we needed for the few nights we stayed in. The separate living rooms were perfect for adults and kids to have their own space.

Loved everything. The pool was the best we’ve stayed at thus far. View was beautiful. The beach was amazing. Only thing we missed was the grill, all other amenities were perfect!

Perfect vacation home!

Absolutely loved our stay here. The property was very clean and equipped with everything we needed for our week stay. The pool was beautiful and the perfect temp. Tons of beach towels for pool and beach days. There was a few beach chairs and beach toys for the days we spent at the beach. Overall a great place to stay! Would definitely recommend.

The location was perfect. The house was very comfortable except for the 5th bedroom with the bunk bed. That room was very small and the bunk bed itself was very rickety. Probably meant for small children. Plenty of seating for the 7 of us ladies and the pool was the highlight. The bathrooms could use some updating, especially the lower level jetted tub shower combo. This one just needs to be converted into a walk in shower, just for safety alone. We did get a laugh regarding the multitude of pelicans that flew overhead. The houses must be in their usual flight path and during our last evening we were sitting on the upper deck and a couple of us got baptized, if you know what I mean. It was pretty funny! All in all, it was a wonderful stay. Thank you!

Beautiful Home and Town

Absolutely loved and enjoyed every moment of this property and location. Direct ocean views and extremely clean house!! This was my second rental working with Marty who is wonderful! Will definitely be back.

We had a great stay. The house was a great size. The pool was really nice. We really appreciated all the beach items available to use (chairs, tents etc), that was a nice surprise. The host was very responsive. The view was amazing and the beach was never crowded. Quiet neighborhood. We visited a lot of local restaurants and St. Augustine. We plan on returning to this house! Only suggestion is to add a grill.

Turtle Oasis

The house was just perfect for our 2 family vacation to the beach. We enjoyed having a private walk to the beach and seeing the beautiful turtles that lined the boardwalk. The house itself has the usual “beach vacation” rustic charm, and could use a few updates but overall, we were very pleased with it.

Multi-generation Family Vacation

Lots of room for a big group (10) that spanned 4 generations. Nice and clean, with good quality beds/pillows and plenty of extra towels. The swimming pool and private beach walkover were a hit. Ample parking for up to 6 cars. The kitchen was better equipped than other properties I have stayed at. Loved watching the sunrise over the ocean from the second floor. Terrific location and a great place to relax.

Great first stay @Butler Beach

Designed to be a family Christmas with people coming together from several locations. Despite the cold spell the house offered great beach access and ocean views. House was spacious offering plenty of room for people to relax and spend time together. Appreciated the cable access in different rooms (and levels), and for food planning with many people very much appreciated the 2nd refrigerator. Great location to St Augustine and easy enough drive up to Ponte Vedra. Desired location we may return with other families in tre future for beach vacation.

November with college kids and teens

We were visiting from Orlando to celebrate our daughter's 20th birthday. We had a party of 6 with some college kids and teenagers. The property was spotless and just what we were looking for with room to spread out. Even after viewing it on line the actual house was even better. The number of beds and bathrooms, kitchen was well stocked, the view was amazing,plenty of towels, quick access to town. We had a wonderful time and would definitely consider coming back again.

Wonderful Beach Delight

Super beach house with large pool and plenty of room for 10+ people with 5 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, fully-equipped kitchen and plenty of up-front parking room for guests and friends. Only 2 minor points: slow internet (3 mbps) and dining room which only seats 6. Other 4-person kitchen seating around sink island. Biggest negative was outrageous $500 VRBO fee tacked onto house rental.

We all had a wonderful time. Pool at house was great when too hot on beach. The bunk room was a smaller room than expected so only accommodated small children. Rental company worked great for grill. As stated in other reviews the internet just doesn’t work very well.
