ROMM was spotless.. Loved the gift shop and bar/restaurant as you walk into hotel check- in. Because it's been somewhat cold compared to Florida normal temperatures, i assume it was not super full ( beavh fromt property) The clerk was super upbeat, friendly and upgraded our room to Ocean Front (Gorgeous) and a small balvony over looking the pool. Very clean room. Nice view of the beach from the balcony. Private beach allowed a relaxing and refreshing walk at sunrise. It was very nice to have a full breakfast in stead of the normal grab and go. My omelet was light and fluffy with very fresh ingredients. I just loved my stay.

The place was situated well, walking on the beach was nice. Had a guest that was a little weird to us and we didn’t feel super safe in the rooms as the doors were a bit flimsy but nothing happened and the front desk was very helpful. Place felt clean but not pristine.

For the money we paid, the room was in terrible condition. Our main complaint was the drain flies. They were everywhere. The location is wonderful, but the resort itself needs a serious update. Although the service was great, we would not stay here again.
