The breakfast delivery staff were very friendly and prompt; the front office staff were not (not customer friendly). Also, the website and facility signing indicated the property was oceanfront -- no way. You had to walk about 1 mile to get to the beach sand area -- boohoo!

To sum it up, 10/10. From the moment I arrived the staff was friendly during check in. As I made my way to my room I noticed the grounds of the property were manicured and beautiful. I love the Spanish/tropical vibes. When entering my I noticed the carpet was actual clean and no moldy, dingy smell at all. The bathroom was spotless and didn’t smell either. The walls and floors were clean ( even the hard to reach areas behind the toilet ) The convenience of being close to the beach, activities and food choices were great. This is my third trip to St. Augustine but my first stay at La Fiesta. It will definitely not be my last. I loved the entire experience staying here and I will DEFINITELY be back.
