Amazing host and place

St.Augustine
Publié le 6 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayThe condo was very nice and clean. It was missing a few things from the listing (breakfast, Klondike bars, shampoo, etc.). The owner was very nice and responsive whenever we had a question. The pool was amazing! Definitely get you a float to lounge around on if you plan to spend some time in the pool.
Not as close to downtown St. Augustine as we had hoped but still a reasonable drive.

The breakfast only consists of coffee and tea. The Klondike bars provided at No Change for guests had been removed from the profile. Shampoo and was provided and always has been, so not sure of your statement on this item cus my cleaning service consistently makes sure it is there along with and an ample supply of towels, Not sure why you feel the owner is responsible for providing floating devices., as due to liability concerns, that is an item parents should provide. Regarding the distance from downtown historic St. Augustine, all one needs to do is use google maps or any other current GPS service, and the exact mileage to any destination would be provided. Considering the Value of the nightly rate for similar one bedroom, one bathroom units is the St. Augustine area, your review seems unfair . Thanks.

Work/Fun Weekend
Publié le 6 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayI was in town working a craft vendor event at the Clay County Fairgrounds. But, the place was perfect for relaxing evenings and a great location! Would definitely stay again! Plenty of room, and will definitely sleep 6 comfortably if needed!

The unit was very clean, spacious & comfy bed. Hubs enjoyed a Klondike bar, thank you! Extremely quiet with nice blackout blinds for those needing rest. We will go back & highly recommend.

A cozy home-away-from-home

The condo is beautifully decorated with a relaxing color palette and lovely décor with locally inspired art work that gave the unit a real “beach-house” atmosphere. The unit was very clean and well-appointed including a Keurig coffeemaker, and Mint Klondike bars in the freezer 😊). We would definitely recommend this property any time of year.
