I reserved room 310 from Sep 1st to the 3rd for my 44th anniversary. It has the most amazing view of the ocean to the inlet. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room has a balcony and a jacuzzi which is great for anniversary celebration. The room could use some remodeling. I was not impressed with the continental breakfast. Sorry got to go.

We had a wonderful vacation, our stay at Oceanview Hotel was great. The staff was friendly and the view from our balcony was outstanding. We were on the 3rd floor. This is our 2nd time here and will be back.

The staff were so welcoming & great throughout our stay. The location is ideal; directly across from the beach & a short ride over the bridge to the historic district. As others have noted, the building itself is a bit dated but our room was very clean & i would recommend it to any travelers!

My husband and i are regular guests ant the hotel, Its's our home away from home, It,s our stay-cation and the only one we choose that is reasonable, with ocean views and every time we stay its always enjoyable. Much to do and see in the down town historical district.

The only thing that they need to work on this place is the water! Smells like sulfur, needs a water softener/treatment device. The location and price are ok, nice place next ( walking distance 5 min.) to vilano beach.

Loved our stay at this property. Enjoyed being to enjoy the beach view from the bed or balcony. It was so easy to walk across the street to beach. It appeared everything had been refreshed and upgraded. Was nice to have breakfast but wish there had been a larger selection of items. Publix around the corner was handy
