We had a great stay. Our room was beautiful. Clean. Check in was a little confusing to a traveler who didn’t know where things were, & St Augustine has a bunch of one way streets & the streets are narrow. Our check in was across the street. Parking was 3 blocks away. The breakfast was wonderful. Again the place was beautiful ! My only complaint was the bed was hard and we had hard time working the TV remote.

Not handicap friendly… stairs & no handicap parking. Need a golf cart shuttle to get your car in their lot which was much too far away to walk (20 minutes)for elderly patrons . Coffee service needs REAL 1/2 & 1/2 not little coffeemate cups of imitation chemicals. Rooms as shown in website are very small in reality. Breakfasts were outstanding.

Perfect for couples

This was a perfect place to stay. Convenient location to everything we wanted to do within walking distance. The host was great. Breakfast was excellent! It was a very enjoyable stay for an anniversary weekend.

We had a wonderful stay at Victorian House! The room and bathroom as well as the sitting area in our bedroom were pristine, bright and tastefully decorated. The staff was very courteous , helpful and went out of their way to make our trip super pleasant. The breakfast was delicious and very elegantly presented. The homemade cookies that were available throughout the day were absolutely decadent! It was fun to meet and chat with other guests while nibbling on simple but delicious appetizers and enjoying a glass of wine or two, …during happy hour. The location is perfect-walking distance to shops, restaurants, historical sites, … It was a special treat to stop by the kitchen to get a cool drink before going back to our fresh room. If we go back to St Augustine, we’ll definitely stay at Victorian House!

This B&B has it all!!

We loved our stay! The room was small, but had everything we needed, including a very comfortable bed and pillows and soft linens. If we wanted to take a break from sightseeing, the rocking chair front porch was the place to sit and relax. Breakfast was delicious and huge! The two ladies taking care of breakfast were pleasant and accommodating. The location is pretty perfect. One block from the bay, where we sat and watched the tide come in one morning, literally caddy corner to the oldest street in America and a historically significant house, "the Bart" gallery and wine bar ❤️ is 1/2 block away, as well as, some good restaurants. I could go on and on, but everything is within walking distance, for the most part. We took an Uber to the amphitheater for a concert. We are going to see another band in September and we were going to book here again, but the prices were higher, even though one of the locals told us it was a slow time of year and some of the restaurants close for deep cleaning. Anyway, to sum it up, we very much enjoyed our stay at The Victorian!

Quaint bed and breakfast within walking distance to the Bayfront. Staff was very welcoming. The room was a bit outdated. The shower is in the bathtub 2 feet from the bed. Difficult to get in and out of. Loved the balcony though for more space. Breakfast was delicious but they ran out of water after one glass and never refilled the pitcher. The fresh homemade cookies were a lovely touch! Overall I would stay again!
