To help ensure a smooth and worry-free stay, a fully refundable damage-deposit hold of $250 may be placed on your card shortly after arrival. This is only a pre-authorization (not a charge), and itâs automatically released within 5 business days of checkout, as long as everything is left in good shape, which is almost always the case. In the rare situation where something is damaged, only the actual cost of the damage would be deducted from the hold, and nothing more.
For cancellations, please be aware that once a cancellation request has been made, any processing fees incurred during your original booking will be deducted from the refund issued.

Host Rules:
- Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. This includes cigarettes, vaping, and cannabis. Smoking inside the property will result in a $500 fine and immediate eviction.
- Pets are not allowed. Bringing an unauthorized pet will result in an additional charge of 500$ and immediate eviction from the property.
- In accordance with city guidelines, quiet hours are from 11 PM - 7 AM.
- Parties, loud music, and events are not permitted on the property.
- Please treat all amenities and facilities with care. Report any damages or issues immediately.
- No additional guests are permitted without prior approval. Please reach out, and we will do our best to accommodate guests.
-Please lock all doors and windows when leaving the property. Do not share access codes or keys with anyone not registered.
- Failure to adhere to these rules may result in additional charges or termination of your stay without a refund.
- Please do not wear shoes inside the property.
- The host and/or owner are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or damage to property or guests that may occur during your stay.
- The guest making the reservation accepts full responsibility for the safety, actions, and liability for their party.
- No third-party bookings unless a `designated trip planner`.
- For extended stays (28+ nights), guests are responsible for placing garbage and recycling at the curb on scheduled collection days.
