Publié le 22 août 2022 sur HomeAwayThe neighbourhood is in need of serious renovation compared to other districts in St. John’s. The apartment also needs overhaul. Everything is substandard. It's dark. Various minor repairs are required. Decoration and furniture are old-fashioned and have no charm. Even towels are frayed and gray from overwashing. It is not a place where one feels at home. We ended up leaving after just one night. We asked for a partial refund to no avail.

I do apologize that the apartment was not to your liking, as previously mentioned. It is usually expected for guests to review pictures and listing details prior to making a reservation. There are many guests who have really enjoyed the unit, however I do recognize that not all guests will be satisfied with anything other than perfection.
Should we have been given opportunity to rectify any issues for you, we would have been happy to help, however you chose not to work with us and were quite frank and disrespectful to hosts.
A partial refund was declined due to the nature of complaints as the listing was accurate in expectation.
