The room had been flooded before and the floor was coming up. They had never replaced anything in the room after it had happened. The toilet ran all night long and never shut off. There were hairs in the sheets. So none of us slep under covers. I personally came home with bed bug bites all over my body. The second room we rented out for my parents was a little better but still not clean it was suppose to be none smoking in both rooms and they both smelled of smoke horribly. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone. This hotel needs to be closed down until it gets things taken care of. They need to get things together and make it a better stay. Then when we went to check out my husband gave him his card to use and they charged a different account we had. Not even the account we gave them. So super janky.

Not a good experience. The clerk was horrible. Said there was an issue with payment. When I showed him the receipt and all the booking info, he called Hotels.com. He was on the phone forever. I was super tired and ready for my room. He could tell I was annoyed, so he made my key while on the phone with Hotels.com. I went to the room, got in bed and was almost asleep when he began banging on the door. He said I needed to come down to the lobby to talk with Hotels.com. I told him the payment issue was between those 2 parties and not me. He wouldn't let it go. I eventually had to slam the door and tell him to call the cops if he needed to evict me. He went away. The next more he said everything was fine. So frustrating.

This was the dirtiest place I have ever stayed. There was one towel in the room. Filthy floor and toilet. If it hadn't been midnight, we would have demanded a refund and left.

I cancelled my stay at Motel6 and asked for a refund at the property because the entire facility is in pretty bad condition. My room wasn't clean, and it had a stinky smell of cigarette smoke. The personnel tried to give me another room, but I didn't even get inside because it was full of flies and thicks, easily perceived by the window. Because of that, I started the refounding procedure through your app.

The sheets were on the floor, not the bed, and covered in yellow stains. No towels, no nothing in the room. When I arrived I had to wait 10 minutes waiting for someone to man the front desk.

With the remodeling construction going on it was a bit of a mess but the areas we were in were completed and were really nice and new. We didn't have anything to hang out clothes on so used the bathroom hook and shower bar. We didn't have a lot but they had to hang or lay out over our bed. The lady who checked us in was very friendly and good.

I booked a non-smoking room with a king-size bed. However, I found that my room had two beds, which was clearly a smoking unit. The mattresses and frames needed to be replaced, and the bedding was burnt with a cigarette. One light was always on and had no switch to turn it off. It was also blinking constantly. The sink and water smelled bad, and the bathtub was in poor condition overall. At 12:30 AM, a friendly man met me in the office, but that was the only positive experience. Considering the price of $85 for this kind of room and service, it was definitely overpriced. I didn’t expect much, I just needed to sleep for a couple of hours, but it was disappointing.

There was no bedsheets on the bed. When we went to take a shower, the faucet came off and there was only hot water when you could manipulate the faucet on the nozzle to work properly. So it was a steaming hot shower that you couldn’t get into because it was too hot. The toilet water was backing up into the sink. It was absolutely terrible. I already left the bed had some weird hairs all over it. It smelled like dog.

This place is a dump. From the parking lot to the room. The bed was worn out, the floor was coming up, the bathroom door wouldn't close, sink was clogged. I feel bad for the employees because they don't have much to work with.

Well the person at the front desk when we came back to the hotel 7 hrs later after turning the heat on prior to leaving was blowing cold air. No heat. He argued with me that there was nothing he could do and I would have to wait for the manager the next day. Not acceptable. I insisted on another room after only being persistent. He was not going to give us another room and told us we could use the ac. We needed heat. We did get another room only for it to also not have heat and again was given the same song and dance about waiting until the next day to talk to the manager. Again I told him not acceptable and we were once again moved to another room which finally did have heat. This man was very rude and was going to do nothing. He then had the nerve to tell me that by him switching rooms for us it would come out of his pocket. I highly doubt that and if so, so be it. Not my problem. The room didn’t have heat and that was not acceptable period.

One of the worst ever!

Absolute horror. I’ve stayed in hotel rooms around the world that I’ve spent less than $10 a night in that were better maintained and cleaner. The room had such a horrible smell of grease and filth and It was clear it hadn’t been cleaned in some time. There were cigarette burns on the comforters, bed looked broken, and the room smelled of smoke
in our “No-Smoking Room”. After throwing back the comforter on the bed is when we saw the dead bugs on the sheets. Then, immediately saw the cockroach run from under the dresser that was missing trim and drawers. We demanded a refund and were only in our room for a few moments. -With only needing a quick nap before continuing to drive, we were looking for a less expensive option, but we ended up in a brief nightmare!

I travel a lot for work and a kid in college. Worst hotel I’ve slept in ever. Partially my fault I did not read the reviews. This place was absolutely disgusting. I would’ve never stayed there with my family or my wife. Old rundown, dirty roaches no Wi-Fi had to reprogram my key. Every time I left worst place I’ve ever stayed at in this country. The pictures online are not even of the same Motel 6. Not sure how hotels.com allow this.
