The check in was easy and staff was friendly. The room was pretty basic. We did not use the showers while we were there and the pool was closed. The lobby was set up real nice with a pool table and chairs to sit and relax. The breakfast had hot and cold choices. The parking lot was a little dark and creepy mostly because the hotel is a little back from the road. Overall it was better than the previous reviews I read.

Overall I would have to give it a 2 out of 5, It was quiet, and room was clean, but VERY dated, Breakfast was ok, if your not to fussy. We were there with grandkids pool was not working, When we asked front desk, she said it was posted on website, (she lied), it was not. Asked a maintenance man, he said it had been broken for weeks.

The hotel was clean and quiet. The staff was kind and helpful and it was nice to have a restaurant attached. About a 25 min drive from the Gateway Arch.

Great Hotel - Pool & Hot Tub Broke 1 Yr Plus!

The hotel is overall excellent. However, the Hot Tub has been broken for over a year and a half now that I know of, but it is still listed on the amenities. The indoor pool has been out of operation for about a year now and its still on the amenities. I recommend that if you want a hotel with a hot or pool to call the hotel prior to booking to ensure they are operational. I love the Aviator but will find a different facility in my next venture.

5 Star Service

This hotel offers a 5 Star service. I was impressed from check-in to check-out. They checked on us throughout our stay and the breakfast was good too. I would stay again.

No complaints other than the TV service sucks. No sports channels at all (ESPN,FS1,etc) & TV itself looked to be quite old.
