The apartment was amazing! The outdoor patio near the club house was messy and i was nervous to use the hot tub. I was disappointed because i really wanted a use the outdoors space. But otherwise it was great!

To start, the reservation process was very unclear. Instructions were vague to the point I could not find the page to complete any process requested. Check in again was almost impossible, It took us a half hour get inside the front door after we found the building. Nothing said Kasa on the building. At checkout I was asked to login to my Kasa account but there was absolutely no place to do that.

Kasa Forest Park exceeded my expectations in every way. It was clean, spacious and a perfect place to stay in St. Louis. It was so nice to be within walking distance to the park.

I really liked the beautiful and spacious unit. My only issue was the bugs. There were fruit flies hanging around the whole time I was there, when you swatted one there were always two or three more. There were no ants in the room, but when I tried to open the windows in the living room area there was a swarm behind each one, and the patio furniture had quite a few cobwebs and several small spiders. Literally everything else about the room was awesome, the fact that it had a washer and dryer and the really comfy bed, and spacious closet. The gym was great, the pool and hot tub weren't heated, but it was still nice to sit out there.
