Nothing worked in the room No shower, no heat and no phone then gave us another room and the shower didn’t work there either No maintenance person on duty

Clean, but could use some tender loving care with cleaning of carpet and repair of nicks and scuff marks on walls.

Customer service was nonexistent. I stayed for 3 nights. Room had only two towels and two wash cloths and half a roll of toilet paper. I asked the night clerk for towels, wash cloths, and toilet paper on the second night of our stay. He refused to give me fresh towels, wash cloths and told me to use the facial tissue for toilet paper. Being an assistant guest services manager at a hotel this was unacceptable. Unless they have extensive customer service training for their guest service representatives, I do not recommend staying at this hotel.

The staff was friendly but not very welcoming i ended up uaving to switch rooms due to my first rooms (319) shower nozzle not working and being a no smoking hotel the hotel as a hole rooms included smelt like cigarettes and smoke

Area was safer than expected and close to hwy. Too much construction around facility poor breakfast options, indifferent staff.

Remote didn't work the TV. Had to rearrange furniture to plug in the TV. After I told front desk That I wanted the room serviced no one came to dump trash, change towels or come up with any answers. Because of this I had ants in my room by Monday.
