Would Stay Again, When Construction Is Completed

It is walking distance to public beach access, food and entertainment. We loved the filtered water in the sink; the included parking; the beach toys for our use; the washer/dryer; and of course, the amazing view of Clearwater Bay from the front porch. There were plenty of towels and extra sheets provided as well.
We only stayed 3 nights, but by the end of it, we were feeling pretty cramped and were not fans of the layout of the space. There were many times we couldn't get to the back room because someone was in the bathroom and someone else was changing in the other bedroom.
The decor and cleanliness of the property could be improved in my opinion. It was clean enough and we didn't see any pests in the condo, but we did find crumbs under furniture, some dirty dishes, hair in the sheets, and the stove looked like it had suffered a fire in it because the edges were melted.
We had issues with the blinds being broken and not working properly. We had to rig 3 sets of blinds to close. The toilet paper holder was broken when we arrived, which I informed the property manager about, and they quickly responded and offered to send someone over to fix it. These were not big issues for us.
The biggest issue we had was something that they cannot control at all, the massive construction project going on across the street. The noise was deafening at times. It's also a shame it blocks the tiny sliver of ocean we would have been able to see.

Publié le 15 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayMy chief complaint about this property is they charged me a very large security deposit in January for our stay in May. We only got the money back over 2 weeks after we checked out. They had my money for 5+ months.
Place was in a great location with a nice pool and walking distance to beach and bars .
One bedroom was only accessible through the bathroom or other bedroom. All in all it was a really nice place. Parking was great and it was nicely furnished. Communication with management was great

Beach Getaway
Publié le 17 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayExcellent location, super easy check-in and checkout, great communication, clean condo, free parking, safe neighborhood. Older condo, could use some small updates to window blinds and kitchen appliances. These didn't effect our stay but would be a nice addition to a guest experience. Go and have fun!

Long weekend getaway
