No waffle batter on first morning, said they couldn’t make more then more people showed up and she made a little more , 2 nd morning coffee machine “ out of order” , what? No coffee? Ughh

Hi Tammara, we sincerely apologize for the inconveniences you experienced during your recent stay with us. It's disheartening to hear about the issues you encountered. We have brought up the issue with the breakfast lady and retrained her and let her know that breakfast should be replenished and must be available at all times during breakfast hours. Our coffee machine malfunctioned and was down momentarily, we do apologize for that, but the issue has since been fixed. Providing a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests is our top priority, and we understand that we fell short of meeting your expectations in this regard. We do however hope that you give us another chance so we can provide a better experience during your next stay.

No coffee

Bad breakfast nothing worked and you can’t turn around in the room. Very small

Hi David, We apologize for the inconvenience you experienced during your stay. I remember when our coffee machine started to malfunction I stayed back until you got a cup of coffee as you were the last guest remaining in the breakfast area then when I put the machine out of order for a couple of hours you came back for a second cup and I informed you that unfortunately our coffee machine was down momentarily but we do have coffee available in all of our rooms & I would be happy to bring some to your room if you don't have any. To which you responded you already had some in your room. As far as turning around in the room, we have never had such a complaint because our rooms are plenty spacious, but I will still look into the matter of turning around. Again we sincerely apologize for all the inconvenience caused during your stay and hope to welcome you back under better circumstances.

We had a great stay. Super helpful staff. Great beds. Will plan to stay here again.

Great clean room. Very comfortable pillow top beds. We had to cancel our last night and front desk was so helpful in helping with our refund from Expedia. Thank you Abmi for great service.

Did not have hot water for most of a day but they got it fixed that evening. Staff was friendly. Beds were comfortable.
