It is an older establishment but very clean. They had everything we needed. The staff was over the top in helpfulness and friendly. We will not hesitate to use Red Roof again.

Staff were extremely kind they allow us to check in early we drove so many hours and didn’t expect that so thank you thank you

My only problem was my hair dryer didn’t work. The plug end that it plugged into also was almost falling out of the wall so it made us nervous to even use it in case it started a fire.

The positive is they don’t charge extra for small dogs, but that’s where it ends. Gaps in the doors, slow flushing toilets, and an exterior door at the back that didn’t lock. The staff is friendly, but untrained and couldn’t do basic tasks like make coffee. In the room, the mattresses are well worn… perhaps by the hour? In the bathroom the towels were so thin you could watch TV through them. They do just below the basic level of maintenance. There’s rust all over the shower, ceiling and floor. I have pics. The room door gap was so wide you could fit burglar tools through it. Wi-Fi is wide open and not passworded. The appliances are 1st generation microwaves and refrigerators. The toilet clogged, we had to fix it . If you want housekeeping, you have to stay 3 days and make an appt 24 hours in advance. Attention, methheads, crackheads, and thieves - The outside back door DOES NOT LOCK!!! You don’t need a room key to get in. Scary!!! Joke: They promised the “world’s greatest coffee” it was not! It was the world’s greatest example of cheaping out on a breakfast - just one pot of coffee, no decaf, no tea, no cream, nada.
