Great Stay.
Publié le 1 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayOur stay was great. There was an issue with the booking however. When I initially booked it I made a mistake and entered 2025 instead. I recognized it immediately and reached out to VRBO. The agent was able to change it to 2024. However, the night before we were leaving on our vacation, I reached out to the owner because I hadn't heard from anyone with the details for check-in. Somehow the reservation said 2025 again! My friend who made the booking with me clearly remembers checking to see if it had been corrected to 2024 after my initial mistake. It had. Somehow it reverted to the original date of 2025. Fortunately the owner was very accommodating and was able to accommodate us.

Wonderful spring break
Publié le 13 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayClose to the beaches. Great proximity for a day to Florida or Savannah. It’s about a mile to the dining and shopping area which translates to a wonderful evening walk. Very clean.

Cute and comfy
Publié le 8 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwaySpent 4 nights in the condo while attending a painting class. It’s cute and comfortable, very clean, fluffy towels, and the Queen sized bed is very comfortable. Didn’t evaluate the twins in the other bedrooms. Everything was a short drive from the condo and getting around wasn’t a problem. My only complaint as a 70 plus person was that the bathtub was very slippy and providing a rubber mat for the bathtub might be a good idea. All in all I heartily recommend it as a place to stay on St Simon’s.

Great family stay
Publié le 25 juill. 2023 sur HomeAwayWe just spent 5 nights here and we had a great time! My husband, myself and our 3 kids (4, 10, and 11) stayed in the condo. The location is awesome, super close to restaurants and the pier. Check in and check out process was super easy. The kids loved the pool and so did I! The pool goes from 3 ft to 7 ft. We also spent a day at the public pool off the pier which was a lot of fun. We ended up having some car issues and asked Fritz if we could extend our stay by a night. Fritz was very responsive and let us extend the stay which we are very appreciative of. Also, the kitchen had the supplies we needed to cook meals at home and we used the laundry machine to clean some clothes as well! Overall a great time in St Simons!
