"Clean rooms and infrastructure. The staff made it a wonderful experience. Amel and David were exceptional in ensuring everything went well. The rooftop lounge was a good touch. The kitchen was also responsive.
The only issue was that the keycard to the elevator was unreliable and never worked. I had to rely on getting help most of my stay. I hope this can be resolved.
