Nice front desk experience, nice renovations of an older hotel, pleasant staff.

The room was not very clean, bathroom floor was filled with debris, rust in the shower, hairs in the shower and the bed sheets appeared to not be fresh. The parking garage is very tight if you have a larger vehicle. We did note the cleanliness to the property but no attempts were offered to remedy. I would not stay again.

Alyssa, Do you know who you spoke to as far as the cleanliness, because I would like to find out why they didn't follow up and have this taken care of for you. I do apologize that this was not done. I expect this to be handled right away for a guest. Also, it doesn't show me your last name so I can't look up your reservation, but you mentioned rust in the shower, what room were you located in, so I can have engineering look into this please. Thank you for the feed back and all the help you provided with this, so I may follow up and address this.

Property was clean, inviting and unique in decor. Loved the theme throughout the building. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed here before and will do so again in future. Just dont like charges for late checkout and then half day charge once you go past 1pm

Thank you for the great score, unfortunately we have to check people in at 4pm and when you stay past 1 pm a housekeeper has to stay to clean the room, and this covers the labor for them to stay and clean that room. Usually I will let noon for free, even though we are suppose to charge for it. 2 hours or more past check out I have to follow policy. We do appreciate the feed back and the people that make the policies do read these, so your voice will be heard. Thank you again and i'm glad you enjoyed your stay otherwise.

Loved the atmosphere of this hotel. Everyone was super friendly, hotel and room were very clean. Great location as it is easily walkable to all the restaurants and shops. Wished they had a full service restaurant on site as the menu for breakfast was very limited and more like a cafe/coffee shop.

Nicole, Thank you for the great score, I do apologize the Trophy Room was not fully what you were looking for. Sometimes we want to add things to the menu, but we need further approval, we definitely hear your voice about this. We do hope to see you again soon and if you decide you don't want to eat at the Trophy room we have great suggestions at the desk that are with in 2 blocks walking from us.
