The lady at the front desk was sooooo nice. The bathroom is very big and the shower… wow!

The room was not very clean and the lever in the shower was not working properly.

Ballys was nice however the staff on the casino floor wasn’t very friendly. They didn’t seem very engaged in what they were doing

Rooms could use a little freshening/rehab. Bed was comfy, but shower handle was broke, scratches on walls, and tv wasn’t working when we wanted to watch before bed.
