Expensive but good skier location

Expensive! But, very good location for skiers. Fitness room could be greatly improved with 2 foam rollers and a couple yoga mats. The rooms are tidy, modern and clean but not huge. Two of us drove up from Denver and had a good February stay with excellent snow. Don't plan on walking to the lifts but the free shuttle will get you there and back until 4pm. Wonderful outdoor hot tub and restaurant with friendly bar tender..

3X the price, 1/3 the quality

For nearly $400 a night, I expected better. I realize this is a resort town during ski season but this was disappointing for a national chain. My sheets were dirty, towels were the cheapest smallest fabric known and overall very disappointed for the price. For $150, I'd suck it up but for triple the price of the value? Never will stay here again.

I'm sorry to see that you experienced these issues while staying with us. While you should expect clean sheets from the beginning, I do hope you informed one of us about the problem when it occurred, as we will rectify these mistakes as soon as we're made aware. In regards to the towels, management agrees with you. We are looking to replace them soon. When it comes to the price, we are always comparable to the other hotels in the area. I do hope you reconsider us during a less busy time of year.

room smelled weird but other then that it was fine. eaay storage for ski's, fresh cooked breakfast was good. room is your standard hotel room, nothing fancy

Family friendly

I love the friendly family feeling of this hotel it’s very organized but they have hotel pets that are there that are the employees pets which is really cool and they meet you every need their restaurant that’s attached is fantastic and they give you free breakfast to go along and just a wonderful time for family and they have a great pool too

We stayed for a week. The restaurant attached to the hotel was great. The service was great. Transportation to and from the mountain was free and adequate. Very good employees and I liked the 24 free hot chocolate and hot cider!!!!

I’ve been on the road for a month, and the service and hospitality here was the best hands down. The front desk goes above and beyond to help there customers. They get a gold star. Very well run. THANK YOU

Do better for the price point

Hotel was fine, typical holiday inn quality, which is middle of the road maybe. The folks were nice and having a pet friendly hotel is always a plus in my book even though I wasn't traveling with my dogs this trip. The thing that chaffed me most was at the price point they did not provide breakfast and prices at the bar/restaurant were pretty high, the outdoor hot tub was really too hot, other than that, it was just as anticipated

While I'm thankful to see that our staff was nice and you enjoyed the convenience of us being pet friendly, I'm sorry that you didn't find that our price was reasonable overall. We are in peak season, and staying with us Sunday through Wednesday will tend to get you a better rate. I do hope you give us another try during a less busy time of year.
